Developer Fee Information
Developer Fees are fees that are paid by property owners and developers to school districts to mitigate the impact created by new development within a school districts boundaries on the school districts facilities.
WUSD Current Fees effective July 11, 2022 (effective per Board Approval May 11, 2022):
New Residential Construction $4.79 per SF
Additions to Residences $4.79 per SF
Mobile Homes $4.79 per SF
Commercial and Industrial Construction $0.78 per SF
